Returns & Exchanges
Biker Life Clothing's goal is to achieve total customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with your merchandise order you can return or exchange it within 14 days of purchase.
Return & Exchange Steps:
1. Review our return policy and make sure your return or exchange meets the 14-day guidelines.
2. Locate your order number. You may find the order number on the upper right corner of the packing slip that came with your order.
3. Print out our Returns & Exchange Form and fill out as necessary. (Example Below)
Don't have a printer? Include a note in the package including your name, order number, and whether or not you wish to return or exchange the item. If you wish to exchange include in the note what you're seeking in exchange. If the note is missing any of this information you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
4. Address your package with our return address:

5. Take your package to your local post office to be labeled and shipped. You are responsible for the return shipping. If you are exchanging, we will cover the shipping to get the new item to you once we get the original item.
Free In-Person Returns & Exchanges:
You may return or exchange your items in person at our Florida Warehouse location only if you are in the area. Our warehouse location is open Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM) at the following address:

When exchanging- to avoid waiting we recommend giving us a call or emailing us prior to your arrival so we can arrange the exchanging items. Our warehouse location does not have a store-front, and is not open for browsing or try-ons.
Receive the wrong item or a defective item?:
If you have received the wrong item or a defective item you will want to contact us before processing an exchange or return. You will want to send us an email including your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo of the wrong item or defect.

Return Policy:
All items must be returned in original condition, with tags attached to ensure refund. The item can not have been washed or show any signs of wear, or we can not accept the return. You can expect a refund to be disbursed to your original payment method. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges from international orders, sale items, tall tees, men's v-necks, or custom designs ( or online exclusive designs) as they are made to order and can not be restocked into our inventory. Hats & Headwear are only to be exchanged, returns not accepted. If returning after 14 days and the return is accepted, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. FAQ:
When will I receive my refund after items/products are returned and received by your facility?
Once we receive your return to our facility please allow up to 5 days for return to be processed. Your refund is processed by us instantly once the return has processed. When you will receive your refund is based upon your financial institution or bank.
Will I be issued a refund for my original shipping cost?
Unfortunately, not- we do not refund the original shipping cost. The amount you are charged goes directly to our shipping company to have the order delivered to you, we can not be held responsible to refund the amount.
Can I process a return after the 14 day window?
After the 14 day window we can not guarantee that we will accept you return. Your items will likely be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
