Biker Life Clothing's goal is to achieve total customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order you can return or exchange it within 14 days of purchase.
Return Policy:
1. Review our return policy and make sure your return or exchange meets the 14-day guidelines.
2. Locate your order number. You will find the order number in the upper right corner of the packing slip that came with your order. If you have misplaced your packing slip please contact us to confirm your order number to avoid any delays with your return.
3. Print out our Returns & Exchange Form and fill out as necessary. (Example Below)
Don’t have a printer? No problem! Just include a handwritten note in your package with your name, order number, and whether you’re requesting a return or exchange. If exchanging, be sure to specify the item you’d like in return.
4. Address your package with our return address:

5. Ship your package back to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you're making an exchange, we'll cover the cost of shipping your new item once we receive your return.
Receive the wrong item or a defective item?:
If you have received the wrong item or a defective item you will want to contact us before processing an exchange or return. You will want to send us an email including your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo of the incorrect item or defect.

Return Policy:
All items must be returned in their original condition with any tags attached to ensure a refund. The item can not have been washed or show any signs of wear or we will not accept the return. Your refund will be sent to the original payment method. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
